Ajili Hodari
Ajili Hodari is a graduate of Michigan State University, where he earned a BA and MA in Advertising and captained the Spartan football team. In 1990, he received his Juris Doctorate from the University Of Iowa College Of Law, where he was also awarded the prestigious Hancher-Finkbine Medallion as recognition of his superior leadership, learning, and loyalty. Following graduation he began his practice of law at the prestigious law firm of Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease in Columbus Ohio, practicing in the areas of litigation and corporate law.
In 2000, he became president and CEO of the sports law agency United Players and Performers, and in 2001, he was recruited to join the law firm, Benesch, Friendlander, Coplan & Aronoff to establish and direct an entertainment and sports law group. In 2006, he obtained his license in Washington and became principal of Hodari Law Office, PLLC in Seattle.
His professional career includes years of civil and criminal litigation, personal injury defense and plaintiff trials, family law matters, government lobbying, and representation of professional athletes during contract negotiations and off-the-field business ventures.
